Every morning, long before the sun rises, we set out early to the coast. Arriving first at the fish markets is key—it allows us to hand-select the finest, freshest seafood available. This dedication to quality is at the heart of everything we do.

After carefully sourcing our catch, we return to Hyndland, Glasgow, to prepare for the day’s trade. For years, Wilson’s Catch of the Day has been Glasgow’s trusted source for premium seafood, poultry, game, seasonal produce, and a curated selection of condiments and foodie essentials.
